The Ushi Chuck: built for overlanders
At Ushi Outdoors, we’re passionate about creating trailers that help people explore the wild with confidence. If you’re into overlanding, you know it’s not just about the destination, it’s about the journey—being self-reliant, embracing adventure, and tackling tough terrain. That’s where the Ushi Chuck comes in. We’ve designed this trailer to meet the demands of true overlanders, built tough for wherever the road takes you.
1) Compact and Ready for the Rough Stuff
When you’re overlanding, you need a trailer that doesn’t hold you back. The Ushi Chuck is lightweight and compact, making it easy to tow, even on rough, narrow trails. Whether you’re weaving through forests or handling rocky paths, this trailer won’t slow you down or overload your vehicle. Standing at 711lbs it’s the perfect size for those who need agility in the wild without sacrificing capability.
2) Built for the Elements
Overlanding often means facing tough environments—rain, mud, salt, and extreme temperatures. The Chuck is made in the US with aluminum, meaning it’s rust-resistant and durable enough to handle all kinds of weather. You don’t have to worry about it giving in after a few trips. It’s designed to take the beatings that overlanders are familiar with and keep going, year after year.
3) Off-Road Ready
While some trailers struggle once the pavement ends, the Ushi Chuck is ready for whatever lies beyond. With stocked 31 inch off-road tires and great ground clearance, it’s built for the off-road life. Whether you’re tackling steep climbs, gravel roads, or desert dunes, the Chuck won’t quit. It’s designed to follow you through the harshest conditions, so you can focus on the adventure ahead.
4) Practical Storage for Serious Gear
Overlanders are all about packing smart, and the Ushi Chuck is built to help you do just that. With versatile storage solutions like a spacious “truck bed,” weatherproof tongue box, and 12-gauge steel rack, the Chuck keeps your gear, tools, and essentials secure and organized. It’s ready for serious adventure, capable of handling a roof-top tent (RTT), an awning for extra shelter, and a pressurized water tank. You can easily mount bikes, e-bikes, or kayaks, and the 2″ receiver in the back makes hauling extra equipment a breeze. No more digging through bags—everything is within reach and ready for the journey ahead.
