USHI Weekend Overland Trailer Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

1. SPONSOR The “USHI Weekend Overland Trailer Giveaway” is sponsored by USHI Trailers, located at 408 A Interchange Dr, Dallas, NC 28034.

2. ELIGIBILITY This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of USHI Trailers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD The Giveaway will begin on October 3rd 2024 and end on October 7th 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER To enter, participants must: •⁠ ⁠Follow USHI on Instagram. •⁠ Share Post/Story on Instagram. •⁠ ⁠Send a Direct Message (DM) to USHI on Instagram containing their full name and email address.

Additional Entry Method: Participants can also enter by visiting the USHI booth at Overland East. To participate through this method: •⁠ ⁠Take a picture with the USHI team at the booth. •⁠ ⁠Tag USHI on Instagram in the photo. •⁠ ⁠Follow USHI on Instagram. •⁠ ⁠Send a DM to USHI with their full name and email address.

5. PRIZE One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a weekend use of a USHI Overland Trailer (USHI Chuck or USHI OG model) from Friday to Sunday. The winner will also receive: •⁠ ⁠One (1) tank of gas for their vehicle. USHI will provide all equipment included in the trailer, such as the tent and coolers.

6. CONDITIONS OF PRIZE USE •⁠ ⁠The winner must pick up and return the trailer at the USHI facility located at 408 A Interchange Dr, Dallas, NC 28034. •⁠ ⁠The trailer cannot be used for off-road activities but may be used for overland travel. •⁠ ⁠The winner will be fully responsible for any theft or damages to the trailer during the prize period. •⁠ ⁠The winner must provide proof of insurance that covers the trailer before collecting it.

7. WINNER SELECTION The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days of the Giveaway’s conclusion. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM and email within five (5) days of the drawing.

8. WINNER REQUIREMENTS To claim the prize, the winner must respond within five (5) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, they may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. LIABILITY By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless USHI Trailers, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Giveaway or in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS USHI reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at its sole discretion. Any attempt by any individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

11. PUBLICITY By participating, participants agree to USHI’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.

12. GOVERNING LAW The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

13. PRIVACY Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with USHI’s privacy policy.
